Soonchunhyang University Central Hospital Launches Smart Mobile App for Patients
Suncheonhyang University Central Medical Center announced on the 6th that it has launched a smart mobile application (app) for patients.
Patients using affiliated hospitals will be able to easily access various services through the app, such as appointment booking and inquiry, test result viewing, medical fee payment, medical record copy requests, and actual expense insurance claims. The existing app has been significantly improved to enhance readability and convenience for users, and the font size can also be enlarged.

On the login screen, patients can easily check their mobile medical card, and at the bottom, a scheduling service is provided to inform patients of their outpatient appointments, thoughtfully covering even the small details that patients might miss. Diagnostic test results such as blood tests, clinical chemistry, and urinalysis can also be checked, enabling patients to continuously monitor their health on their own.
Medical fee payments display the costs intuitively and allow non-face-to-face payment or credit card payment without waiting at the counter. Through the proxy payment function, parents or young children who find it difficult to use the app can conveniently pay medical fees.
