According to the police on the 5th, a report was received around 1 p.m. that an infant was found dead in a mountain in Duam-dong, Buk-gu, Gwangju.
It is reported that a citizen who frequently uses the hiking trail became suspicious of a black plastic bag that had been left there for several days and discovered the infant while checking it.
The police believe the infant was about 2 to 3 months old and had been left wrapped in the black plastic bag for about five days.
