Student Victimized by School Violence from Jeong Sun-shin's Son Unable to Enter University Even a Year After Graduation
The son of lawyer Jeong Soon-shin, who was appointed and then had his appointment as head of the National Investigation Headquarters canceled, entered university immediately after graduating from high school, but it was confirmed that the student who suffered school violence did not enter university until the following year.
According to the ruling documents related to the school violence involving Jeong's son and a well-known autonomous private high school in Gangwon on the 2nd, the victim, Mr. A, graduated from the autonomous private high school in February 2020 but did not enter university until March 2021, the following year.

Moreover, it was reported that Mr. A had a difficult school life, repeatedly absent during his 2nd and 3rd years in 2018 and 2019, following the school violence incident in 2017.
Mr. A was continuously subjected to verbal abuse by Jeong’s son, which included references to his hometown and physical characteristics. The ruling documents revealed that due to the severe mental damage caused by the school violence, he underwent hospitalization and even made extreme attempts. On the other hand, Jeong’s son, who was the perpetrator of the 2017 school violence incident and was transferred to another school in March 2018, after an appeal process, transferred from the autonomous private high school to another high school in February 2019 and entered Seoul National University immediately after graduating in 2020.

Another victim, Mr. B, who suffered similar verbal abuse from Jeong’s son, left the autonomous private high school in 2018 when the school violence controversy arose. It is reported that Mr. B, who was struggling, withdrew from school for his career path and went abroad.
