Busan Office of Education Conducts 'Student Life Education Basic Plan Delivery Training'
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] The Busan Metropolitan Office of Education will conduct a two-day training session on the "Basic Plan for Student Life Education of Autonomy and Responsibility, Respect and Consideration" on the 23rd and 24th.
This training is aimed at about 650 participants, including teachers in charge of student life education departments at elementary, middle, high, special, and various schools, as well as supervisors responsible for tasks at the city education office and education support offices, to provide information and procedures related to student life education and enhance the work capabilities of teachers in charge of life education.
The training will be held at the Future Education Center auditorium, targeting 310 elementary school teachers and supervisors at 9:30 a.m. on the 23rd, and 342 secondary school teachers and supervisors at 9:30 a.m. on the 24th.
Supervisors responsible for tasks at the city education office will provide guidance on all aspects of student life education, including ▲student character education and life education ▲mutual respect education ▲school violence prevention and student counseling activities ▲promotion of gender equality culture and prevention of sexual harassment and sexual violence ▲child abuse prevention.
Additionally, various information and procedures related to preventing civil complaints and legal disputes concerning student life education, which teachers can easily utilize in the field, will be shared. Major changes for the 2023 academic year and monthly implementation plans will also be introduced.
