Asan Social Welfare Foundation Provides $400,000 in Aid to Turkey and Syria for Earthquake Relief
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-joo] The Asan Social Welfare Foundation donated $300,000 through the Korean Red Cross on the 7th to support relief, recovery, and assistance for victims in T?rkiye, which suffered extensive damage from the earthquake.
Additionally, it donated $100,000 to Syria, contributing a total of $400,000 for the recovery efforts following the major earthquakes in T?rkiye and Syria.

The Asan Foundation has previously provided a total of $900,000 in support, including $200,000 for Nepal earthquake recovery in 2015, as well as aid for typhoon damage in the Philippines in 2013, flood damage in Pakistan in 2010, and tsunami damage in Sri Lanka in 2006.
