Nosoyoung, Gwangju Nam-gu Council Member, Proposes 'Youth Activity Promotion Ordinance'
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] No So-young, a member of the Nam-gu Council of Gwangju Metropolitan City, announced on the 7th that the 'Youth Activity Promotion Ordinance' she proposed as the representative passed the review at the 291st Extraordinary Session of the Social Construction Committee.
The ordinance includes matters related to the responsibilities of the district mayor for establishing and promoting comprehensive policies and development plans for youth activity promotion, the establishment and implementation of youth activity plans, and securing youth activity facilities.
Councilor No said, "I hope that youth will strengthen their self-directed life capabilities and expand participation opportunities according to various youth activity demands, thereby revitalizing youth activities."
