At the annual work report meeting, Director Kang Do-tae, Regional Headquarters Head Jang Su-mok, branch managers by region, and department heads of the headquarters attended to share and discuss the 2023 operational direction and key tasks of the Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam Regional Headquarters.
On the 2nd, an on-site communication forum is being held at the Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam Regional Headquarters of the National Health Insurance Service.

Through the work report meeting, branch managers discussed field difficulties, ongoing projects of the NHIS, and directions for improvement.
During the dialogue between the director and on-site employees held after the work report, there was an in-depth discussion on the long-term care insurance system. Attendees agreed to unite their efforts for system improvement.
On this day, Director Kang Do-tae said, “I hope employees will strive for personal information protection and internal control to build a trusted NHIS for the public,” and added, “I will frequently create opportunities to listen to voices from the field.”
Head Jang Su-mok said, “Based on the four major operational directions, we will build a regional headquarters loved by the public and able to work together with local residents.”
