The Criminal Division 25-2 of Seoul Central District Court (Presiding Judges Park Jeong-je, Park Sa-rang, Park Jeong-gil) on the afternoon of the 27th sentenced Superintendent Cho, who was indicted on charges of abuse of authority, obstruction of exercise of rights, and violation of the State Public Officials Act, to 1 year and 6 months in prison with a 2-year suspension.
