Norang Poongseon Launches AI Medical Questionnaire Translation Service 'EasyDoc'
"Convenient Medical Services Available During Overseas Travel"
Norangpungseon announced on the 17th that it will launch the multilingual medical questionnaire translation service 'EasyDoc,' developed by the global artificial intelligence (AI) medical questionnaire company HitchMed.
The two companies signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a partnership in October last year and began development to introduce the EasyDoc service. The EasyDoc service adds features such as overseas hospital reservations and airport pharmacy searches, centered on the existing medical questionnaire service 'Translate Health Status.' It provides various medical and pharmaceutical services and content that travelers need to manage during their trips.
The hospital reservation service is a medical service that helps travelers who want to use hospitals due to poor health during overseas travel but find it difficult to receive treatment because of language barriers by connecting and booking hospitals. A pilot service is currently being conducted primarily in Japan. It plans to gradually expand to Asian countries in the future.
