[Asia Economy Reporter Kwak Minjae] Next week, a total of 2,020 households nationwide will accept subscription applications. More than 63% of these will be sold in the Seoul metropolitan area.
According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, in the third week of January, subscription applications will be accepted for a total of 2,020 households (including private rental and public sale, excluding Happy Housing) across four locations nationwide.
Next week, 63.12% (1,275 households) of the total supply is concentrated in the Seoul metropolitan area. On the 16th, subscription applications will be accepted for "Jeil Punggyeongchae Hanam Gam-il," located in Gami-dong, Hanam-si, Gyeonggi Province. The complex consists of 5 buildings, ranging from basement level 2 to 30 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 69 to 84㎡, totaling 866 households. The complex is supplied as a publicly supported private rental housing and contracts can be extended for up to 10 years.
Additionally, on the 17th, subscription applications will be accepted for "Hoecheon 2nd Daekwang Rosebiang Central" (299 households) in Yangju-si, Gyeonggi Province, and "Songdo Station Kyungnam Honorsville" (110 households) in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon.
