Initial Shipment of 100 Tons Prepared
GS The Fresh announced on the 4th that it will sell 'Eojjeoda Motnani Kimchi' until the 17th of this month to stabilize prices and support sales channels for local farms and manufacturers.
Eojjeoda Motnani Kimchi uses napa cabbages that are perfectly fine in taste and quality but were discarded by farms due to a price collapse, leading to harvest abandonment. Chungcheongbuk-do, manufacturers, and distributors have joined hands to offer it at a price lower than the market kimchi price.
GS The Fresh planned the Eojjeoda Motnani Kimchi event certified by the Governor of Chungbuk Province and prepared an initial quantity of 100 tons. At GS The Fresh stores nationwide, customers can purchase 10kg of Motnani Kimchi for 29,800 KRW when paying with the event card.
