Busan Gamcheon Middle School Donates All Proceeds from Sharing Flea Market
Students of Gamcheon Middle School in Saha-gu, Busan are donating all the proceeds from the sharing flea market and taking a group commemorative photo.
View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Gamcheon Middle School in Saha-gu, Busan, donated the entire proceeds of 576,000 won raised from last year's 'Gamcheon Da Happiness Christmas Festival Sharing Flea Market' to the Saha-gu Comprehensive Social Welfare Center.
Over the past year, the school has been making bags, wallets, and other items through an educational welfare program, and raised funds by selling them at this event.
The proceeds will be used for winter heating expenses for elderly residents in need in the area, and the remaining items after the sale will be distributed to users of the Saha-gu Welfare Center.
