US Soybean Association, Recruiting Participants for 'Soy Oil Master Program'

View original imageThe United States Soybean Association announced on the 3rd that it is recruiting participants for the '2023 Soy Oil Master Program' targeting domestic food industry professionals.
This program is a free educational course jointly established in 2018 by the United States Soybean Association, the Indiana Soybean Alliance, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture for food industry professionals. Since 2018, a total of 353 Soy Oil Masters and 91 Soy Oil Grand Masters have been trained as soybean oil experts.
Now in its sixth year, the program aims to explore and share the value of lipids and soybean oil from nutritional, economic, and food processing perspectives. Those who complete the Soy Oil Master Program, the only soybean oil expert course in Korea, and pass the qualification certification test can become Soy Oil Masters.
Certified Soy Oil Masters receive certificates, soybean oil market reports, and technical information. Among them, those who actively participate are given the opportunity to tour the U.S. soybean industry.
