In Yeonggwang, Jeonnam, a missing person in their 90s found dead after one day
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] A man in his 90s suffering from dementia was found dead a day after going missing.
According to the Yeonggwang Police Station in Jeollanam-do on the 29th, A (94) was found dead in a reed field in Gong-eum-myeon, Gochang-gun, Jeollabuk-do, about 1 km away from his home, at around 2:10 PM the previous day.
The police received a report that A had gone missing after leaving his home at 4:53 PM on the 27th and found him during a search operation.
It is believed that A died of hypothermia, as he left home wearing only a sweater without an overcoat.
