GS25 has prepared a support plan that expands the win-win budget by 25% to lead the improvement of store profitability and competitiveness, and to focus on the safety of business owners and employees. The key points include ▲single-item management and store competitiveness improvement ▲support for stable store operation ▲strengthening the safety of business owners and employees ▲system and facility investment and system improvement.
In the single-item management and store competitiveness improvement category, the inventory disposal limit for low-turnover products that have not been sold for a long time has been increased. The limit for all stores will be raised to 1.02 million KRW per store annually. In addition, a new store competitiveness incentive category has been introduced, offering additional individual store benefits by increasing the inventory disposal limit by up to 360,000 KRW annually for stores excelling in single-item management and store competitiveness improvement.
GS has established the GS Hero Award system to provide rewards worth up to 1 million KRW to business owners and employees who have practiced exemplary cases and social role models such as life-saving, disaster and emergency support, and volunteer and donation activities. For long-term business owners with 30 years of operation, a commemorative ceremony, gold certification plaque, and 30th anniversary business cards will be provided.
GS25 also focuses on strengthening the safety of business owners and employees, who are the foundation of the franchise business. Due to the recent increase in demand for psychological counseling caused by various social issues and personal matters, psychological counseling will be supported four times a year for business owners in need to provide mental rest and stability. Night shift worker safety insurance has been introduced to prepare insurance that provides consolation money to employees who experience unfortunate incidents during night hours.
