Namwon-si Hosts 'Youth Institution Workers Communication Forum'
[Namwon=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Jeong Young-gwon] Jeonbuk Namwon City (Mayor Choi Kyung-sik) announced on the 21st that it held a communication event for workers dedicated to Namwon youth at the Namwon Youth Training Center gymnasium.
At the event, a total of 42 staff members from four organizations gathered, including 9 members from Namwon City Women's Family and Child Youth Team and 33 workers from youth consignment institutions (12 from Namwon Youth Training Center, 9 from Namwon Youth Culture House, and 12 from Namwon Youth Counseling Welfare Center), to have a time of exchange and communication for Namwon youth.
This event, the first organized by Namwon City and three local youth institutions, aimed to revitalize youth projects and enhance synergy between projects through harmony and relationship building among institution staff.
The event began with opening hearts through recreation, followed by reviewing this year's projects and sharing plans to activate youth projects for the next year, and concluded with a lunch where participants shared difficulties and encouraged each other.
This event, which became a catalyst for a healthy labor-management relationship between Namwon City and youth institutions, is expected to serve as a model for other local governments and foster the development of Namwon City's youth projects through public-private cooperation in the future.
