Kim Seyong, GH President, Inaugurated on 22nd: "We Will Become a 100-Year Company Loved by Residents"
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Kim Se-yong, former president of Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH), will take office as president of Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) on the 22nd.
President Kim graduated from Korea University with a degree in Architectural Engineering, earned a master's degree from Seoul National University's Graduate School of Environmental Studies and Columbia University in the United States, and received a doctorate from Korea University. He has also served as a professor in the Department of Architecture at Korea University.
President Kim emphasized, "I will operate GH with transparent and fair personnel and organization based on social values, and through continuous innovation, strive to transform GH into a 100-year company loved by the residents of Gyeonggi Province."
A GH official stated, "During his tenure as SH president, President Kim led innovations in housing and urban sectors, including differentiated housing supply policies tailored to life cycles. With his inauguration, we expect to end the 1 year and 1 month management gap and accelerate the 3rd new town and old downtown redevelopment projects, which are pledges of the 8th elected administration."
