[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Jeonnam Fire Headquarters (Chief Kim Joil) announced on the 20th that it held the ‘2023 Rescue and Emergency Medical Policy Council’ and deliberated and resolved the tasks to be promoted next year.
The Rescue and Emergency Medical Policy Council is held annually to analyze the major achievements in the fields of rescue, emergency medical services, life safety, and special rescue work over the year and to establish the tasks to be promoted next year in response to changes in the disaster environment.
The meeting was presided over by Kim Joil, Chief of Jeonnam Fire Headquarters, and attended by a total of 12 people, including professors of emergency medical technology and specialists in the province.
They deliberated and resolved next year’s tasks, including eliminating safety blind spots through proactive rescue policies, advancing emergency medical services, revitalizing the operation of life safety teams, and strengthening special accident response capabilities.
