View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Seongpil Cho] On the 19th, Seoul Namdaemun Police Station announced that it had sent 77 union members, including Jin Kyungho, chairman of the National Delivery Workers' Union of the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions (Delivery Union), who staged a sit-in at the CJ Logistics headquarters in February this year, to the prosecution on the 13th.
According to the police, they are accused of occupying the first-floor lobby and office of CJ Logistics headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul, on February 10 this year and staging a sit-in for 19 days (charges include trespassing on a building, property damage, and obstruction of business under the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes).

After receiving a complaint from CJ Logistics in February, the police investigated 88 union members. The police plan to conduct supplementary investigations on the remaining 11 members and decide soon whether to send them to prosecution.
