KB Securities Hosts Christmas Event for Children
[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] KB Securities announced on the 19th that it held the ‘Kkaebi Securities Happy Christmas Camp’ for children in childcare facilities to celebrate Christmas.
The ‘Kkaebi Securities Happy Christmas Camp’ was held over one night and two days on the 16th at the KB Securities Yongin Training Center so that children in childcare facilities could enjoy a warm Christmas. For a safer and warmer event, the camp was conducted in collaboration with the Salvation Army Charity Pot Headquarters.
On the first day of the camp, various play programs such as group curling, limbo games, and magic shows were held for 31 children from childcare facilities. KB Securities employees who participated as one-day staff dressed as Santa Claus and handed out Christmas presents to the children, creating a warm Christmas atmosphere.
On the second day, the group moved to an aquarium located in Songpa-gu, Seoul, and happily enjoyed marine life in tanks decorated as a snowy village for winter, concluding the camp.
A KB Securities employee who participated as staff said, “I felt great fulfillment seeing the children enjoying themselves and the employees enthusiastically participating,” and added, “I would gladly volunteer to participate again.”
KB Securities’ Head of Communications, Jonggap Noh, said, “We prepared this event so that it could be a memorable and joyful Christmas for children who need warm care,” and added, “KB Securities will continue to strive to become a company that grows together with the local community through ongoing social contribution activities.”
