Ulsan City to Fully Launch 'Ulsan Bridge Urban Light Art Special Project' Next Year
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] A fantastic light show set against Ulsan Bridge and the Taehwa River will be held until Christmas.
Ulsan City announced on the 13th that it will operate a night 'Moving Light Show' on a trial basis from the 12th to the 25th at Ulsan Bridge, which connects Seongnam-dong in Jung-gu and Samsan-dong in Nam-gu.
The show runs four times daily from 7 PM to 9 PM, with a 10-minute performance every 30 minutes. This moving light show is part of the 'Ulsan Bridge Urban Light Art Special Project.'
Since June, Ulsan City has been installing 36 moving light fixtures and 36 uplight fixtures on the upper and lower parts of Ulsan Bridge, completing the work in October.
The trial moving light show creates a fantastic scene by harmonizing Ulsan Bridge, the Taehwa River, the city nightscape, and the lights.
During the trial operation period, Ulsan City plans to collect feedback from nearby businesses and citizens, make improvements, and officially operate the show starting March next year.
An official from Ulsan City said, "Since Ulsan Bridge is connected to the youthful street in Jung-gu, this moving light show will contribute to making Ulsan a 'fun' city full of youth and passion."
