Mr. A was prosecuted for allegedly hitting the sun visor attached to the passenger seat window of a patrol car with a 3.3 kg powder fire extinguisher on a road in Bukwon-ro, Wonju-si, around 9:30 p.m. on June 29, while intoxicated and unable to catch a taxi to go home. Mr. A, who received a summary order for a fine of 5 million won in July, filed a formal trial in objection to this.
