Gijang-gun Jeonggwan-eup Continues Sharing Events for Vulnerable Groups with 'Resident Autonomy Committee'

Since its establishment in 2007, the Jeonggwan Residents' Autonomy Association has been carrying out resident convenience and welfare enhancement projects for the residents of Jeonggwan-eup, and has been striving for regional harmony and development by donating neighbor-helping funds to the Jeonggwan-eup Administrative Welfare Center every year.
Through this sharing event, the Jeonggwan Residents' Autonomy Association donated 5 million won to the Jeonggwan-eup Administrative Welfare Center, which will be used as village project funds to support neighbors in need residing in Jeonggwan-eup through the Busan Community Chest of Korea.
Lee Jaewon, Chairman of the Residents' Autonomy Association, said, "Although it is a difficult time for everyone due to COVID-19, the members united their intentions to donate funds. I hope it will be used where it is most needed so that everyone can have a warm year-end and New Year season."
