The related content is organized into six categories under the theme "Healthy Eating Practice with Carelu and Nashuro": ▲ MyNashu ON ▲ You Can Do It MyNashu ▲ Children’s MyNashu ▲ Let’s Protect Food Safety ▲ MyNashu Awards ▲ All Together MyNashu.
In "MyNashu ON," promotional activities led by the Low-Sugar and Low-Sodium Practice Headquarters to establish a healthy dietary culture are introduced. "You Can Do It MyNashu" provides information on healthy eating practice experience programs and low-sodium, low-sugar cooking methods. Additionally, policies promoting proper eating habits from infancy, sodium reduction practice restaurants, and contest works related to reducing sodium and sugar intake can also be viewed.
