National Health Insurance Service to Conduct Satisfaction Survey on 'Health iN' Content Until the 7th of Next Month
[Asia Economy Reporter Byun Seon-jin] The National Health Insurance Service (hereinafter NHIS) announced that it will conduct a "2022 Satisfaction Survey" on the Health iN content provided through its website and mobile app 'The Health Insurance.'
The Health iN content satisfaction survey will be conducted in the form of a questionnaire on the website and app for ten days from the 28th to the 7th of next month. The survey consists of a total of 24 questions, including ▲ satisfaction with using Health iN ▲ satisfaction with the National Health Alarm Service ▲ improvement suggestions. Through this satisfaction survey, the satisfaction level of Health iN content will be evaluated, and improvement suggestions will be collected to enhance the service into a user-centered specialized health information service.
Anyone can participate in the survey through the National Health Insurance website or the app 'The Health Insurance,' and an event will be held to give prizes to 300 participants selected by lottery.
