In this executive appointment, LG Innotek comprehensively considered capabilities and growth potential to lead customer value innovation, business performance creation, and changes and innovations for sustainable growth.
In particular, to prepare for the future and strengthen business competitiveness, key talents who created core achievements in business and on-site and led company growth through business support were selected for promotion and newly appointed as executives.
2 Executive Directors Promoted... 8 Managing Directors Appointed
LG Innotek promoted Managing Director Jo Ji-tae, who led the successful timely supply of new camera module products and contributed to strengthening the global No.1 position in the camera module business through automation and intelligent expansion of production processes, to Executive Director.
Managing Director Noh Seung-won, who launched the world's first camera module applying Sensor Shift image stabilization technology and led the expansion of sales of the 3D sensing ToF (Time of Flight) module and internalization of core element technologies such as actuators, was also promoted to Executive Director.
Responsible Manager Hong Seong-il, who drove growth in the vehicle camera module business by securing new customers and strengthening global supply chain management (SCM), Responsible Manager Kim Chang-hyun, who focused on developing new camera module products and successfully led entry into new models of global customers, Responsible Manager Hong Seung-man, who contributed to securing profitability of the Package Substrate (PS) business by enhancing manufacturing competitiveness through quality and cost innovation, and Research Fellow Kim Su-hong, who led advanced development and commercialization of power modules for renewable energy and acquisition of new technologies in the power field, were newly appointed as Managing Directors.
Responsible Manager Lee Jung-se, who strengthened DX capabilities by establishing a company-wide digital transformation (DX) roadmap and building a data-driven decision-making system to enhance customer value, Responsible Manager Shin Deok-am, who laid the foundation for a trillion-won revenue structure by improving profitability of the optical solution business and reorganizing management processes, and Responsible Manager Jo Baek-su, who contributed to enhancing corporate status and image through strategic public relations and external cooperation and led proactive support activities for an optimal work environment, were promoted to Managing Directors.

LG Innotek appointed Lee Il-gwan, LG Electronics HE/BS Quality Management Officer (Responsible Manager), as LG Innotek Management Diagnosis Officer and promoted him to Managing Director. Kim Heung-sik, Vice President and CHO of LG Energy Solution, was appointed as CHO of LG Innotek, and Yoon Seok, Managing Director and Head of Legal Affairs at LG CNS, was appointed as Head of Legal Affairs at LG Innotek.
