[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Emart Everyday announced on the 24th that it will launch its online rapid delivery service brand ‘eMail’ and strengthen its delivery services.
eMail is Emart Everyday’s differentiated online rapid delivery service brand and the name of the revamped online shopping mobile application (app). Using this service, customers within a 2km radius of Emart Everyday stores can receive their ordered products within at least one hour. Delivery is free for purchases over 20,000 KRW, and a delivery fee of 3,000 KRW is charged for purchases under 20,000 KRW. The minimum order amount is 10,000 KRW.
Emart Everyday has been actively expanding its online rapid delivery service since December last year. From January to August this year, sales grew by an average of 45.4% per month, order volume increased by 43.3%, and membership numbers approximately doubled.
Special promotions are also underway. Until the 30th, customers who purchase over 40,000 KRW will receive a 6,000 KRW discount coupon, and from the 1st to the 21st of next month, various benefits such as discount coupons, gifts based on cumulative purchase amounts, quizzes, and review events will be offered.
