At this Essen Motor Show, Hankook Tire will showcase various achievements leading the electric vehicle era, including the electric vehicle-exclusive tire brand 'iON' and electric vehicle racing tires exclusively supplied to the world's top electric car racing competition, the 'ABB FIA Formula E World Championship' (hereafter Formula E). In addition, visitors can also experience the latest high-performance tire products equipped with cutting-edge technology.
The electric vehicle-exclusive tire brand 'iON' will exhibit its performance product 'iON evo' and winter product 'iON Winter.' iON, the world's first electric vehicle-exclusive tire full lineup, boasts low noise, high energy efficiency, and improved mileage, and is characterized by perfectly realizing the unique performance of electric vehicles in any driving environment.
Furthermore, Hankook Tire will display the ultra-high-performance lineup of its flagship brand 'Ventus.' The ultra-high-performance sports tires 'Ventus S1 evo3' and 'Ventus S1 evo3 SUV' ranked first in tire tests conducted by European automotive magazines such as the UK’s Auto Express and Germany’s Auto Bild Allrad last year and this year, respectively.
