[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Gwanak-gu (Mayor Park Junhee) is operating a lecture series titled "Administrative Stories with Gwanak Residents" together with the faculty of the Korea Institute of Public Administration at Seoul National University.
The lectures, held at the Graduate School of Public Administration at Seoul National University, are conducted in a discussion format rather than one-way knowledge delivery, covering topics related to public administration and policy studies. They aim to provide an easy-to-understand explanation tailored to residents' perspectives about the role of government and the qualities and competencies of democratic citizens.
Resumed after three years, the lectures address administrative issues related to COVID-19. On the 8th, Professor Park Sangin gave a lecture titled "Post-COVID Economy: Challenges and Responses," and on the 18th, Professor Ko Gilgon lectured on "Society Before and After COVID-19 Viewed Through Data," both receiving great responses from attendees.
