Pulmuone Launches 'Roasting Jjajangmyeon Garlic Oil'..."Rich Jjajang with Fragrant Garlic Flavor"
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-yoon] Pulmuone Foods announced on the 18th that it has launched 'Roasting Jjajangmyeon Garlic Oil,' featuring chewy dried noodles combined with a deep and rich jjajang sauce and the pungent flavor oil of garlic.
This new product is part of the new series of Roasting Jjajangmyeon, maximizing the rich taste and aroma of jjajang, which was previously enjoyed at specialty restaurants, by utilizing Pulmuone's proprietary 'Triple Roasting Method.' The raw ingredients such as pork, onion, and green onion were stir-fried once, then separately stir-fried with chunjang (fermented black soybean paste), and then combined and stir-fried again. In particular, flavor oil made with garlic, familiar to Koreans, was added to create a deeper taste. The unique pungency of garlic allows for a clean and refreshing finish without greasiness, enjoyable until the last bite.
The noodles use 'Pulmuone Natural Dried Noodles,' which embody Pulmuone's expertise in dried noodle making. Pulmuone Natural Dried Noodles are not fried but slowly dried in the air, allowing the sauce to penetrate the fine pores of the noodles, making them chewier and more delicious.
