Starting from the 14th, the entire metropolitan area except for Seoul, Seongnam (Bundang, Sujeong), Gwacheon, Hanam, and Gwangmyeong in Gyeonggi Province will be removed from the regulated areas, drawing attention to whether there will be changes in the housing market.
According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, a total of 7,653 households (including rental, officetel, and public sale, excluding Happy Housing) will accept subscription applications in 16 locations nationwide in the third week of November.
In Seoul, apartment units will be available in two locations for the first time in about three months. On the 15th, the first priority subscription for "Riversen SK View Lotte Castle," built by SK Ecoplant and Lotte Construction in Jungnang-gu, Junghwa-dong, will be held. The complex consists of 8 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to 35 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 39 to 100㎡, totaling 1,055 households, of which 501 households will be offered for general sale. On the same day, "The Sharp Park Soleil Yu (73 households)" in Dunchon-dong, Gangdong-gu will also be supplied.
In Gyeonggi Province, on the 15th, the first priority subscription for "Dongtan Parkrix," built in Sindong, Hwaseong City, will be accepted. The complex consists of 44 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to 20 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 74 to 110㎡, totaling 2,063 households, of which 1,403 households will be offered in the first phase of sale. In addition, subscriptions will be accepted in four other locations including "Pyeongtaek Godeok Daekwang Roseviang Moa Elga (1,255 households)" in Pyeongtaek City.
