KS-SQI is an index that measures the quality level of the service industry by having customers directly evaluate the products and services of companies in the service sector.
Lotte Hotel operates its own customer management platform called ‘LCSI.’ Through this, it analyzes hotel ratings, customer comments, and applies them to service improvements. Complaints and suggestions received are structured so that about 500 employees from customer contact departments derive improvement plans and obtain approval from the general manager.
The planning of unique products reflecting trends also received high praise. In June, Lotte City Hotel Mapo introduced the hotel industry’s first metaverse-based home training service, ‘Yafit Cycle.’ This program allows exercising in a virtual overseas city at the hotel fitness center and is a package tailored to the trends of the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z).
