FKI Offers Free Cloud Training... "New Business Opportunity"
'Free Training on Digital Technology Trends and Business Strategies'
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Chaeseok] The Federation of Korean Industries (FKI) Small and Medium Business Cooperation Center announced on the 2nd that it provided the third session of the 'FKI Business Class' special lecture free of charge to companies.
The special lecture held at the FKI Conference Center in Yeouido, Seoul was conducted by the center and FKI for company representatives and employees.
First, Seongbeom Jo, CEO of Megazone Cloud, gave a lecture on the topic of 'Digital Technology Trends and Business Strategies.' CEO Jo emphasized, "With the increase in non-face-to-face work and the use of collaboration tools, demand for cloud services such as Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Software as a Service (SaaS) has grown. Utilizing cloud, which has become a necessity rather than a choice, companies must create new businesses and generate various opportunities."
CEO Jo presented three key strategies for the survival of digital platform companies: "Think big, move small, and learn fast." He explained that the industry had viewed cloud computing only from a cost perspective over the past three to four years. Now, he stressed, we have entered an era where big data, machine learning, artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and blockchain maximize their effectiveness when operating based on cloud technology.
According to the center, the global consulting firm McKinsey released research results indicating that by 2030, digital transformation through cloud, AI, and robotics will have eliminated 400 million to 800 million jobs worldwide, while creating 550 million to 850 million new technology-based jobs.
