Hwasun-gun Issues 'Munhwa Nuri Card' for Vulnerable Groups... 110,000 Won Per Person
[Hwasun=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Hyuk-jun] Hwasun-gun, Jeollanam-do, encouraged the active issuance and use of the integrated cultural voucher, the Munhwa Nuri Card, to expand cultural enjoyment opportunities for vulnerable groups.
According to the county on the 1st, the integrated cultural voucher (Munhwa Nuri Card) is provided to basic livelihood security recipients and lower-income classes aged 6 or older (as of December 31, 2016), supporting 110,000 KRW per person annually.
The Munhwa Nuri Card can be used in various fields such as movies, books, music albums, theme parks, travel, and sports.
Card-affiliated stores can be checked on the Munhwa Nuri Card website. Not only offline stores but also non-face-to-face payments such as online and phone orders are possible, and it can also be used for online video services (OTT) like Netflix, TVING, and Disney Plus.
The card issuance period is until the 30th of this month, and the usage period is until the 31st of next month from the card issuance date.
Unused card balances this year will automatically expire, so all must be used within the deadline.
A county official said, “The card issuance period ends on the 30th, so please be sure to apply through the administrative welfare center, Munhwa Nuri Card website, or mobile app within the period.”
