[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Song Jong-gu] The Gyeongsangnam-do Provincial Council will hold the 1st plenary session of the 400th regular meeting on November 1 and begin a 45-day schedule until December 15, including administrative audits, review of the 2023 initial budget proposal, review of the 2022 supplementary budget proposal, and provincial government questioning.
At this plenary session, following the 5-minute free speeches by eight council members including Lee Si-young, Jo Hyun-shin, Jin Sang-rak, Jo In-je, Seo Hee-bong, Park Hae-young, Kim Tae-gyu, and Kim Jae-ung, Governor Park Wan-su and Superintendent of Education Park Jong-hoon are expected to present explanations on the 3rd supplementary budget proposal for Gyeongsangnam-do in 2022 and the 2nd supplementary budget proposal for the Gyeongsangnam-do Office of Education Special Account.
Four agenda items, including the decision on the session period of the 400th Gyeongsangnam-do Provincial Council regular meeting, will also be addressed at the plenary session.

From November 2 to 15 (14 days), during the administrative audits, the six standing committees including the Planning and Administration Committee plan to closely examine the execution of the executive branch’s work over the year through on-site inspections and audits of projects under their jurisdiction.
