Hana Bank announced on the 30th that it signed a business agreement with Lotte Construction on the 28th at Lotte Construction's headquarters in Seocho-gu, Seoul, to provide optimal customized asset management services for senior customers.
Accordingly, Hana Bank will offer professional comprehensive asset management services to residents of ‘VL Le West,’ a premium senior residence planned to be supplied by Lotte Construction in the Magok district of Gangseo-gu, Seoul, covering everything from move-in to asset management, gifting, and inheritance.
In particular, tax, legal, and real estate experts and specialized financial consultants belonging to the ‘Living Trust Center,’ a department specialized in asset management and inheritance planning within Hana Bank’s trust business division, will design and recommend customized products such as trust products for deposit and management fee payments and substitute wills through one-on-one tailored 'The First Service.'
