Universal Ballet's 'Onegin' to Perform from the 26th... Featuring Hong Hyang-gi and Kang Min-woo
[Asia Economy Reporter Seomideum] The cast of Universal Ballet's 'Onegin,' which is scheduled to present 9 performances over 6 days at the Opera Theater of the Seoul Arts Center starting on the 29th, has been revealed.
In addition to the existing pairs 'Kang Miseon-Lee Hyunjun,' 'Kang Miseon-Lee Dongtak,' and 'Son Yuhui-Lee Hyunjun,' 'Hong Hyanggi-Kang Minwoo' will showcase new Tatiana and Onegin roles with dazzling technique and sophisticated acting skills.
The highly talented actor 'Han Sangyi' has also been cast as Tatiana, performing alongside Lee Dongtak.
Additionally, Elizaveta Cheprasova has been newly cast as Olga, Seo Hyewon as well, Igor Kontarev as Lensky, and Lee Seungmin as Prince Gremin.

To maintain the rarity and quality of the work, the cast is finalized for each performance. In August, a representative from the John Cranko Foundation visited the ballet company to observe rehearsals, and after a strict video audition process, the final cast was confirmed.
