View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Pyeonghwa] Samsung Electronics announced on the 17th that it will launch the 'BESPOKE Home Meta' service on 'Oneul-ui Jip,' a domestic lifestyle platform.
BESPOKE Home Meta is a metaverse-based 3D retail experience service. It provides various types of virtual houses and kitchens rendered in 3D along with preferred interior styles, allowing consumers to experience Samsung Electronics' home appliances in an environment similar to their actual homes.
Users of Oneul-ui Jip can select refrigerators through the 'AI Customized Color' feature, which suggests the most purchased colors, expert-recommended colors, and colors that match the interior, as well as the 'Prism 360' service offering 360 customized colors. For TVs, users can simulate various installation types such as wall-mounted or stand, as well as resolution and size, depending on the installation space. After experiencing the appliances through BESPOKE Home Meta, users can directly purchase the desired products from the Samsung Electronics brand store.
Samsung Electronics has introduced this service at Samsung Digital Plaza so that consumers visiting offline appliance stores can also utilize BESPOKE Home Meta. Since August, the service has been showcased on large interactive signage at four stores, including the Gangnam Main Store and Samsung Daechi Store in Seoul. Service use through a dedicated online site is also available.
