Geumcheon-gu Public Recruitment of Temporary Workers for Dawn Job Shelter Operation

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yoo Seong-hoon) will publicly recruit three temporary workers to work at the 'Dawn Job Shelter' starting in November.
Applicants must be Geumcheon-gu residents aged 19 or older, in good physical health, and able to work during dawn hours.
Those wishing to participate can download the application form from the Geumcheon-gu Office website between October 17 and October 19, complete it, and then either visit the Geumcheon-gu Office Job and Youth Division in person or submit it via email.
The hiring process will consist of a first-round document screening and a second-round interview. Final successful candidates will be announced on October 25 on the Geumcheon-gu Office website and notified individually.
Hired workers will work five days a week, three hours per day from 4 a.m. to 7 a.m. on weekdays, performing tasks such as ▲setting up tent shelters ▲providing beverages ▲maintaining the surrounding environment ▲ensuring safety around the shelter.
The daily wage for this year is 43,064 KRW, and for 2023 it will be 44,630 KRW, reflecting the Geumcheon-gu living wage and additional pay for dawn work.
The Geumcheon-gu Dawn Job Shelter operates continuously at the Doksan Gogae Dawn Labor Market to support construction day laborers seeking jobs early in the morning.
