Busan Office of Education Launches Pilot Operation of 'Strong Cardiovascular Health Project'
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] The Busan Metropolitan Office of Education will pilot the "Busan Education Family Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Health Project" for three hours starting at 11:30 a.m. on the 18th at the main office for its staff.
This program was prepared to promote awareness of the risks of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, which are the leading cause of death worldwide, and to provide guidance on prevention and management methods to prevent the high incidence of these diseases during seasonal changes.
Shim Hae-young, an officer from the Safety Planning Division of the Office of Education, will demonstrate stretching methods that can be done in confined spaces and distribute elastic bands.
After the project is completed, the Busan Office of Education plans to conduct a satisfaction survey to consider whether to expand the program.
The project will also feature a coffee truck event to send love and support to the Office of Education staff.
Shin Yong-chae, head of the Safety Planning Division at the Office of Education, said, "We will continue to do our best to promote the health of our employees by operating projects to prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases."
