Woori Bank Launches 'IRP Automatic Transfer Registration Service' Using Voice Recording
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-seop] Woori Bank announced on the 13th that it has introduced the banking industry's first "Personal Retirement Pension IRP Automatic Transfer Recording Simple Registration Service."
This service was created to assist customers who find it difficult to use non-face-to-face channels or visit branches. Through the Pension Customer Management Center's recording system, customers can easily register and change automatic transfers over the phone. After identity verification and additional authentication with a consultant, customers can request registration, modification, or cancellation of automatic transfers for their personal IRP accounts, and the results and terms are sent to the customers.
The Pension Customer Management Center also provides systematic outbound consultations to personal IRP account holders and DC-type retirement pension subscribers to efficiently operate and manage retirement assets. Guidance includes tax deductions, fund product consultations, and notifications of automatic transfer maturity.
