SKT to Provide Free Live Streaming of Professional Baseball Postseason and All Professional Basketball Games on A.Dot
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] SK Telecom announced on the 13th that it will live broadcast all games of the 2022-2023 SKT A. Pro Basketball season and all games of the 2022 Professional Baseball Postseason through the AI service A. tv.
Additionally, for customers who miss the live broadcasts, highlights and short-form content for all games will be scheduled and provided immediately after each game ends. In the future, a feature will be added where AI automatically curates content centered on the games viewers support and their favorite players.
Unlike other online broadcasts provided through paid memberships, the live broadcasts of professional basketball and professional baseball on A. tv are all free. In July, SKT introduced the video service A. tv through an A. update, which organizes recommended channels based on viewing history and preferences, offering content free of charge and without advertisements.
Currently, it offers 24 channels including movies, dramas, sports, and news, and through the ‘My Channel’ feature, it immediately shows personalized recommended content, evolving into a video curation service that provides more refined content based on accumulated data.
With this sports content update, starting from the 13th, the 2022 Professional Baseball Postseason will be broadcast live on one channel and highlights on another channel, covering all games live.
