According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 12th, the minimum temperature the next morning will be between 6 and 13 degrees Celsius, and the maximum daytime temperature will be between 20 and 24 degrees Celsius, similar to the average (morning 7?16°C, daytime 20?24°C). However, between dawn and morning on the 13th, ice may form at high altitudes in the Gangwon mountain area, and frost may occur in eastern Gyeonggi, inland Gangwon, Gangwon mountain areas, and northeastern Gyeongbuk mountain areas. The Meteorological Administration has requested preparations to prevent cold damage to crops.
The expected minimum and maximum temperatures in major cities are Seoul 11°C and 23°C, Incheon 13°C and 21°C, Daejeon 9°C and 23°C, Gwangju 11°C and 24°C, Daegu 11°C and 23°C, Ulsan 14°C and 22°C, and Busan 16°C and 24°C. As South Korea is on the edge of a high-pressure system over the East Sea, the entire country will generally be clear.

Between dawn and morning on this day, dense fog will reduce visibility to less than 200 meters in southeastern Gyeonggi inland, southwestern inland Gangwon, northern inland Chungnam, Chungbuk, and northern inland Gyeongbuk, while other inland areas will experience fog reducing visibility to less than 1 kilometer.
