Glam Signs MOU with LG Electronics to Promote Overseas Projects
Joint Sales of IT Building Materials G-Glass and LG Electronics' Various Signage Products
Collaboration on Media Facade New Product Development and Technology Sharing
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] Glam announced on the 3rd that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for business cooperation with LG Electronics to jointly promote entry into domestic and overseas markets and global business.
Based on active cooperation with LG Electronics, Glam will jointly sell G-Glass and indoor and outdoor digital signage products. They have agreed to collaborate on overseas expansion. They will also jointly work on product improvement necessary for the media facade market, new product development cooperation, and sharing of information and technology.
A company representative said, "LG Electronics' competitiveness, which has an overseas network base, will be added to the G-Glass product, a transparent glass-type media facade exterior building material product, with various sizes and product lines for different uses," and added, "We expect this to become a strategic alliance that can enhance business capabilities in digital signage, media art, and content sectors."

Glam has completed the installation of 4,000 square meters of G-Glass at the View Hospital in Doha, Qatar, a landmark media facade of the FIFA World Cup. They plan to secure a foothold for targeting the overseas architectural market, including the Middle East, and to leap forward as a media platform company.
