T'way Air Strengthens Flight Attendant Safety Awareness Through Internal Contest
The Awards Ceremony Will Be Held in the Metaverse Space
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] T’way Air announced on the 4th that it held an in-house safety and security content contest to raise awareness of its top priority value, ‘safety,’ and to strengthen flight attendants’ proactive safety management.
About 200 flight attendants submitted various types of content such as photos, videos, games, and posters during August for the in-house contest themed on preventing injuries to flight attendants. After judging, a total of six works were selected as winners: one grand prize team, two excellence prize teams, and three encouragement prize teams.
The grand prize-winning work was a video created in a fun and informative way by applying various parody elements to content aimed at preventing injuries such as burns, turbulence, and step car falls that can occur during flight attendants’ duties.
The award ceremony announcing the contest results was held on the 29th of last month in T’way Air’s metaverse virtual space called ‘t’verse.’ T’way Air stated that by using the content contest format and the metaverse for the in-house safety campaign, they successfully encouraged voluntary and enjoyable participation in safety activities among MZ generation flight attendants.
