Amazon to Hold Prime Discount Event in October
[Asia Economy New York=Special Correspondent Joselgina] The world's largest e-commerce company Amazon announced on the 26th (local time) that it will hold a large-scale discount event called the 'Prime Early Access Sale' for two days on the 11th and 12th of next month.
This is another discount event held just three months after the annual sale event 'Prime Day' for Amazon Prime members in July.
This discount event will be held in 15 countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, China, and France. Amazon will release a list of the 100 most popular items on the 11th to celebrate the start of the year-end shopping season.

The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) analyzed, "The October discount event will help boost Amazon's fourth-quarter performance by promoting consumption amid recent high inflation." Amazon announced that it sold more than 300 million items during Prime Day on July 12-13.
