KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 20th that it has launched the 3rd Consumer Rights Enhancement Advisory Committee.
This organization was first established within the bank in 2020 and plays a role in reviewing and improving various policies and new products and services from the perspective of financial consumer protection.
The advisory committee appointed a total of five external experts from various fields, including consumer policy experts, legal professionals, and customer experience data specialists. Over the next year, it plans to review measures to improve consumer protection systems and processes, strengthen support for financially vulnerable groups, and enhance consumer protection and rights through customer experience data analysis.
