Gwangju Chamber of Commerce and Industry Holds Planning Skills Improvement Training Completed in One Day
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] The Gwangju Chamber of Commerce and Industry will hold the "Planning Skills Improvement Series Completed in One Day" training at 10 a.m. on the 23rd in the conference hall training room.
This training is designed to support the capacity building of local small and medium-sized enterprise practitioners through lectures on various techniques used in strategic planning, effective proposal writing methods, and presentation skills.
The instructor is Kim Jeong-gon, CEO of The Plan Management Research Institute, and the approximately 7-hour session will cover key topics related to proposal writing, including ▲basic directions for writing proposals ▲strategic thinking and framework techniques necessary for planning ▲methods for logical development of proposals ▲visualization techniques for proposals ▲effective presentation strategies.
