Gwangju Chamber of Commerce and Industry Holds Planning Skills Improvement Training Completed in One Day

This training is designed to support the capacity building of local small and medium-sized enterprise practitioners through lectures on various techniques used in strategic planning, effective proposal writing methods, and presentation skills.
The instructor is Kim Jeong-gon, CEO of The Plan Management Research Institute, and the approximately 7-hour session will cover key topics related to proposal writing, including ▲basic directions for writing proposals ▲strategic thinking and framework techniques necessary for planning ▲methods for logical development of proposals ▲visualization techniques for proposals ▲effective presentation strategies.
