Hyundai Motor Company Relaunches Driving Experience Matching App 'Unjeongyeolsim'
Safe and Legal Driving Training Activation Platform
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Hyundai Motor Company announced on the 15th that it will newly launch the driving training matching mobile app platform 'Unjeon Gyeolsim'.
'Unjeon Gyeolsim' is a platform launched in October 2020 through a tripartite agreement between Hyundai Motor, the National Police Agency, and the Citizens' Coalition for Safety Practice to promote legal driving training. It is a mobile application that matches training demanders with professional driving academies on a 1:1 basis.
Customers who wish to use the service can apply for training according to their residential area and desired schedule, and receive education at affiliated professional driving academies. After completion, various discount benefits are provided when purchasing a Hyundai vehicle.
The newly introduced 'Unjeon Gyeolsim' by Hyundai features ▲a revamped main screen layout ▲a ‘Quick Matching’ function ▲a ‘Driving Expert Q&A’ board, improving convenience and providing greater assistance to customers.
First, Hyundai improved user visibility by arranging everything from training applications to driving tips on a single screen through the ▲revamped main screen layout, and introduced the ▲‘Quick Matching’ function, allowing customers to immediately apply for training if there is a gap in academy schedules within three days.
In particular, the ‘Quick Matching’ function supplements the typical method where training applications were possible only from 2 to 3 weeks later depending on academy schedules, and is expected to meet the demand of customers who want to receive training quickly.
Additionally, Hyundai helps beginner drivers through the ▲‘Driving Expert Q&A’ board, where customers can ask questions related to vehicle operation, functions, maintenance, and purchase, and instructors from ‘Hyundai Driving Experience’ directly respond.
Meanwhile, to commemorate this renewal, Hyundai will hold various events for users until Monday, October 31.
Among customers who post questions on the Driving Expert Q&A board, Hyundai will provide prizes by lottery including ▲Casper 4-night 5-day test drive tickets (3 people) ▲Hyundai Mobis vehicle air purifiers (10 people) ▲Starbucks Americano (20 people), etc.
Furthermore, the ‘Unjeon Gyeolsim Friend Recommendation Event’ will be held, where both the referrer and the new customer receive a 10,000 KRW Shinsegae Department Store gift certificate when a friend recommended by an existing customer completes driving training.
