Jungang Haejang is a famous haejangguk (hangover soup) restaurant chain that started with its main store in Samseong-dong, Seoul, and is expanding its stores in Seoul and Gyeonggi areas. To allow consumers nationwide to receive the main store's menu without visiting the store, it has built its own online mall and produces and sells meal kit products that maintain the freshness of ingredients such as seonji (ox blood curd) and gopchang (beef intestines).
